regulations before entering the mill.

− Ensure that all subordinates are familiar and comply with company safety regulations.

− To ensure that raw water usage and effluent discharge are kept within DOE permitted

limits.

− Complete all other duties in a timely manner based on the priorities of the day and as

directed by the management.

− Must be available to work shift work during high crop season and as required by the

management.

Responsibilities

• Establishing and driving mid to long term priorities aligned to company strategic initiatives across different squads
• Become the owner and “go to” person for our seamless investor experience initiatives across departments. Responsible for ensuring cross functional teams are aligned on prioritisation and are working in sync with each other to achieve company goals
• Pushing the way we innovate solutions for client needs, particularly around key experiences related to account management, payments and information search
• Ideate, analyse and prepare well-formed product development requirements for squad team members and lead the implementation process across major initiatives
• Coach and/or manage more junior product managers

• You are a collaborative, transparent, and critical thinker by nature. You enjoy the challenge of multi-domain topics and can manage yourself with a cool head when things get tricky

• Whilst we are not married to a number, in our experience for the Lead Product Manager role, we have found profiles with experiences above 7 years to be more suitable
• You are an excellent communicator with technical and non-technical audiences and are able to give and receive direct and open feedback. Comfortable speaking to a range of seniority levels
• You have appetite for innovation and are comfortable exploring new technologies and how they might be used to exceed customer expectations
• You are comfortable dealing with varying degrees of uncertainty, and breaking things down into a manner that allows you to lead others to define the most important outcomes and how to achieve them effectively
• You are passionate about investing
• You have experience coaching or managing Product Managers
• Not a 100% requirement, but ideally experience working in a Fintech environment such as brokerage, payments, investment management

A DAY IN A LIFE

As a start up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to:

• Work closely with stakeholders in AirAsia to conceptualize, define, design, develop and deliver the product backlog to provide a device, channel and medium independent experience to customers in the areas of booking, check-in, chatbot, payments, ancillaries, communications, payments etc
• Bring ease of use and simplicity to AirAsia digital platforms enhancing the overall customer experience
• Work with the software engineering team to work on new ideas from conceptualization to prototyping to engineering to production
• Providing vision and direction to the Agile development teams and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements and stories
• Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of groomed backlogs to work on.
• Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product
• Define product vision, road-map and growth opportunities
• Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with the maximum value that is aligned with product strategy
• Lead the planning of product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities
• Play an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

These are minimum-requirement skills and a ‘must-have’ for the role: (If any, otherwise you can skip)

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field Overall 5+ years of experience with minimum 2 years in a Product Management role, preferably in E-Commerce (Prior experience in Software Engineering is a must)
• Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
• Previously managed high traffic E-Commerce sites (500k+ visitors per day)
• Good understanding of APIs and Microservices, Data Science, UI/UX, Javascript and/or python
• Good understanding of cloud (preferably Google cloud) and associated areas like app engine, pub/sub, cloud storage, monitoring, big query etc In-depth knowledge of Agile processes and principles
• Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
• Prior experience working in the Travel domain is a big plus
• Excellent organisational and time management skills

Role Summary

This role is responsible at a portfolio level and accountable at a product level across strategy and financial performance ownership. Additionally, the role holder is responsible for the complete product lifecycle including market requirements, commercial justification, defining, launching, development roadmaps and customer satisfaction. Accountable for executing the product strategy and proactively leads, champions and drives product/business growth across the portfolio of products including the PCU and product level financial performance. Accountable for existing product development or changes via Innovation, market analysis, customer insight and competitor activity, and oversees the strategic planning process of the organisation.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Business and commercial experience gained in a complex, matrix environment.
• Strong awareness of the market space and current drivers in this area.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to managed stakeholders of diverse groups e.g. from board level to call centre agent level.
• Significant experience in managing products and launching new products
• Customer focus and a strong understanding of user experience and user centered design process.
• Understanding and experience of the product development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop stakeholder buy in and maintain the business roadmap and be accountable for the development and maintenance of the product roadmaps as well as existing products and any changes associated.
• Develop product strategy for products and propositions, ensure it is well documented, accepted and supported.
• Develop and effectively implement 'Go to market' plans, work cross-functionality to ensure successful execution.
• Ensure Internal teams are successfully trained and educated on product positioning, pricing, differentiation and key features.
• Collaborate with prospective data partners to forge new products to remain competitive in Business. Prospective data partners may include government agencies, regulators or even private entities.
• Take reasonable steps to ensure that the business area complies with the relevant requirements and standards of the regulatory system.
