As the Production Executive, you will oversee all of our materials business manufacturing . You will ensure that we meet production schedules, maintain quality standards, and that the production team operates efficiently and effectively in the shift.
RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Drive continuous improvement to optimize cost and productivity improvements.
- Understand and implement ISO procedures and ensure continual compliance to the requirements of the standards in the production department.
- Ensure good manufacturing practices are in place; anticipate and manage through adversity, effectively incorporate improvement programs into the culture of the Plant.
- Regular analysis and control action for Quality Defects, Complaints, Productivity Losses, Scrap
- Awareness about 6 sigma, 5s & TPM
- Ensure that production is delivered as the planning
- Keep track of MOE, Scrap on daily basis
- Report issues related to Raw material, Quality, Process, Manpower, machine etc in the communication log book and escalate the same in MDI Meetings.
- Plan and support the process & maintenance activities such that the activities are done on time.
- Need to participate actively in HIRA and EHS KAIZENS.
