This role involves conducting feasibility studies, managing loan agreements, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and reviewing property-related agreements. The ideal candidate will have extensive finance experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning & Analysis:
  • Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies for new projects, assessing financial viability and risk.
  • Prepare and manage annual budgets and forecasts, including cash flow projections.
  • Perform variance analysis and provide insights to senior management.
• Treasury Management:
  • Oversee cash flow management to ensure liquidity for project funding and operational needs.
  • Manage banking relationships and coordinate financing arrangements with lenders.
  • Ensure compliance with all conditions precedent of loan agreements, including documentation and financial covenants.
  • Optimize cash management processes to enhance returns on investments.
• Reporting & Compliance:
