About the Role SVHM are currently engaged in the Timely Emergency Care Collaborative (TEC2), an 18-month, state-wide project involving 11 health services under the auspices of the Victorian Department of Health and the Institute for Healthcare Improvement. The goal of TEC2 is to improve care of the older person by identifying barriers to care across the health service and implementing effective countermeasures. This requires a high level of coordination of effort and rigorous application of improvement science. This will include preparation and presentation of monthly Steering Committee papers, assisting with the planning and implementation of new improvement initiatives, tracking and managing high-level project risks, timelines, deliverables and budget, liaising effectively with Executive Sponsors to secure ongoing support, participating in all external TECC ...
