Roles and Responsibilities:

· Assisting in cargo transport and engineering for any types of cargo on various vessels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution: Develop, organize, and execute commercial renovation projects while adhering to budgetary and scheduling constraints.
• Communication: Act as the main point of contact between clients and project teams throughout the duration of the project, ensuring a smooth flow of information, especially during the production phase.
• Supplier & Subcontractor Management: Effectively manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers. Ensure all communications are clear, respectful, and concise.
• Work Schedules: Prepare detailed work schedules and timelines for all assigned projects, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met.
• Project Monitoring: Track and monitor the progress of ongoing projects. Identify potential delays and resolve issues promptly to maintain project timelines.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project coordination or management, especially in renovation or construction projects.
• Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
