This position is located in the Southeast Sunbelt Region (R4) within Atlanta, GA or Fort Lauderdale, FL. The incumbent will be expected to report to a GSA facility in the Southeast Sunbelt Region at least 2x per pay period.

• Provides policy oversight and expertise for specialists assigned major capital lease projects to ensure customer satisfaction and attainment of all organizational and project goals and objectives.
• Ensures projects are completed in accordance with GSA policies and ensures all reasonable steps are taken to ensure projects are completed within each project’s budget and schedule.

Develop, plan, and prepare to execute battle staff training and exercises for Headquarters, USCENTCOM, Service Component, and Joint Task Force Staffs to prepare for current and future missions including crisis and steady state operations.

DUTIES:

1. Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the USCENTCOM training and exercise program.

This position has job functions that must be executed within specific geographic locations. The official duty station is a federal facility, leased space, or an alternative worksite (typically the employee’s home) within the specified geographic area. If you are selected for this position you will be expected to reside within the geographic area listed on this announcement within 45 days.
