Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and potential customer segments within the F&B industry.
• Develop and implement growth strategies to expand market presence and drive revenue.
• Analyze competitor activity and provide insights to enhance competitive positioning.
• Work closely with the operations team to identify areas for product or service innovation based on market demand and customer feedback.
• Support the launch of new products or services by coordinating resources and ensuring successful rollouts.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and acquire new leads.
• Develop promotional strategies and campaigns to boost brand recognition and customer engagement
Requirement:
• At least 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role in the F&B industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
