THE ROLE:
We are currently seeking an experienced Project Planner/Scheduler for ongoing electrical project work based on site in Geraldton, WA.  Duties and responsibilities are as follows:

Identify and define project scope on site
Create and maintain schedules using relevant project software
Identify and allocate materials, equipment and personnel
Update schedules to track progress and identify any changes
Provide progress reports to all relevant stakeholders
Assist the maintenance and project teams with ongoing planning and forecasting
Conducting regular field interactions to ensure a high level of site safety

REQUIREMENTS:

Previous electrical trade background
Demonstrated previous experience in a planning/scheduling role
Preferred experience in the mining, construction or processing sectors
Proficient with project management software including SAP
Excellent communication skills

Mix Management: Identify the optimum high profit SKUs, channel segmentation, the right shelf location, optimum promotion and display.
Identify KPIs to measure success, responsible for creating commercial guidelines for sales team.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with the marketing, finance, sales, and operations teams to ensure the execution of market strategies is seamless and aligned with organisational objectives.
Promotional Management: establish promotional guidelines aligned with the brand to ensure profitability.

Responsibilities for Quantity Surveyor:

The purpose of this role is to plan and deliver product, sales & retail training activities to key customers across Southern England.

Ophthalmic Lens Trainer - Role

• Visit optical stores to train and communicate on products and services.
• Organise, coordinate and host digital learning initiatives including live webinars.
• To develop training ideas to enhance sales levels.
• Supporting the Head of EPS with projects.

Planner / Scheduler Responsibilities:

• Managing calls on system
• Managing operatives diaries
• General administration
• Planning repairs and maintenance requests to the relevant operative
• Ensure trade skill sets and location parameters are working effectively
• Liaising with operatives, tenants, and the Client
• Document Control - Ensure worksheets are received and checked
• Work towards individual and client KPI's
• Deal with council and private housing contracts, planning and scheduling routine, essential and emergency property maintenance works
• Tracking and monitoring to completion
• Liaison with in-house and 3rd party engineers and tradesmen and council operatives to plan appointments, materials and logistics and reorganising of schedules
• Organisation of external supply companies
• Ensuring all trades are readied and present on-site and works completed in-line with committed client completion dates
