Job Responsibilities:
Leading current state assessments and identifying high-level customer requirements, defining the business solutions and structures needed to realize these opportunities.
• Assisting in creating high-level briefings for management as well as executive stakeholders.
• Develop a working understanding of diverse and nuanced processes and operating procedures.
• Develop enterprise business capability architecture, including artifacts such as maps, value streams, and roadmaps.
• Support functional testing and business-related application management (configuration)
and preparation and execution of key and end-user trainings for related internal tools.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to understand business objectives, strategies, and priorities for the ERP transformation.
• Engage with business stakeholders, IT teams, SAP consultants, and external vendors to gather requirements, define scope, and validate architectural designs.
• Ensure that the solution design is consistent and standardized and facilitate capture and maintenance of business requirements.
• Foster collaboration and consensus-building among cross-functional teams to drive alignment and facilitate decision-making throughout the project.
• Identify potential risks, dependencies, and issues related to the SAP transformation project and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
• Leading strategic, complex, differentiated suite solution opportunities to address transformational and business modernization needs of customers.
• Work closely with solution architects to provide solution architecture development, consultancy, and assurance to projects, making sure applications are well designed and conform to Client standards and reference architectures.

Job Requirements:
• Minimum 8-12 years of experience in the manufacturing industry
• 3-5 years of business architecture experience in a complex, technical environment, experience with SAP technologies and implementations is a plus.
• Strong understanding of business architecture principles and methodologies.
• Knowledge concerning manufacturing and ERP related IT-systems. Ideally you have already worked with or in a matrix team structure in relation to requirements, process, and solutions management.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, and solution design, with a track record of driving successful business transformation initiatives.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Understanding of business analysis techniques and processes
• Strong architecture experience in any of applications, data, or business domains.
• Capability to see the big picture and apply strong levels of business acumen to creating roadmaps, architectures, and selection technology platforms.
