Key Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition: Identify, engage, and convert potential clients, fostering long-term relationships.
• Market Analysis: Conduct research to identify new markets, trends, and opportunities for business expansion.
• Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with key stakeholders to establish partnerships that align with company objectives.
• Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
• Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive business development strategies.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions using CRM software.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Results-oriented, proactive, and adaptable with a strong drive to succeed.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to converse fluently in Mandarin to handle Mandarin-speaking clients and agents.
• Proven ability to build and maintain good working relationships with clients and business associates.
