• Manages the DPAS program for the installation. Plans and develops controls over the DPAS program by reviewing and adhering to Air Force guidance on proper accounting of Information Technology (IT) assets.
• Executes DPAS program planning, operations, and related training requirements. Develops procedures for
  units to support DPAS operations.

• Provides education, training, and EFM legal outreach. Serves as the DAF's subject matter expert and instructor on the interpretation of laws, regulations, and administrative policies related to education law and pertinent to EFM clients.
• Provides field support and legal assistance counsel in complex and/or high visibility cases. Provides AF-wide direction, guidance, and seasoned legal assistance counsel to base-level military and civilian attorneys on legal issues affecting EFM families.

• Serves as the Commander's liaison and escort for Distinguished Visitors (DVs Code 6 or higher) to HQ PACAF. Directs proper transportation, honors and other requirements for distinguished, local, state, US and foreign visitors. Makes necessary billeting arrangements for accommodations.
• Assists in planning all official social functions and HQ PACAF visits hosted by the Commander Vice Commander of Pacific Air Forces. Ensures proper protocol at receptions to include arrival sequences, seating arrangements, menu planning and dietary restrictions, program publication, invite list, invitations and bookings and post-event action reports and details.
• Serves as the custodian of the Commander's Contingency and Special Morale and Welfare Funds. Formulates and recommends major policy on matters concerning Contingency and Special Morale and Welfare funds. Maintains records of purchases and ensures inventory udits are conducted IA W current guidance.
• Serves as the custodian of the Commander's Bellows Air Force Station Distinguished Visitors cottages. Is the Commander's point of contact dealing with Distinguished Visitors (including Heads of States, Senate and Congressional members, Four Star General/Flag Officers and civilian equivalent). Promptly and accurately makes billeting confirmations.

• Provide administrative advice and counsel to the Corps staff and other agencies within III Corps.
• Participate in the planning, directing and coordination of the procedural and administrative functions of the Secretary of the General Staff (SGS) and staff.

• Identifies and analyzes key issues, develops strategies, and advises Commander and senior leadership on recommended courses of action on a broad variety of topics related to MAJCOM, NAF, FOA or DRU functions. Uses quantitative and qualitative analytical techniques, knowledge of management processes and techniques to improve support systems and assigned programs.
