SUMMARY: The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a first level supervisor and assist the Child Development Center Director in the supervision of the day to day operation of a Child Development Center. Assists with the supervision of the Child Development Center to provide specialized developmental childcare and instruction for children ages 6 weeks to 5 years of age. The position develops, implements, and administers child development programs; provides an overall safe and healthy environment to stimulate and sustain the interest of children; assists with administration; and organizes the educational and developmental programs managerial authorities.

DUTIES

• Assists the Child Development Center Director in the daily operations of the Child Development Center.
• Assists in the administration and evaluation of ongoing programs of individual and group developmental and educational activities for staff implementation and execution.
• Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
• Provides assistance in the management of funds and resources to include developing the annual NAF and APF budgets, which includes submission and prioritization of program component requirements.
• Assists the director in the administration of the USDA nutrition/food program.

• Provides support to management in planning, organizing, and overseeing the Staff activities of the 515th Air Mobility Operation Wing with direct oversight of Comptroller, Manpower, Public Affairs, CE and Historian functions.
• Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
• Represents the 515th Air Mobility Operations Wing with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
• Establishes, defines, and implements requirements for staff programs to ensure services and functions are in line with organizational goals and mission requirements.

The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as Chief, Joint Interface/Network Operations Division in the 613 Air Operations Center with responsibility for directing the activities of the Division for USP ACOM on behalf of the AOC Director, C-NAF Commander, and Theater lF ACC, and advise/assist the geographic combatant commander in developing a data link architecture to satisfy information exchange requirements (IER), implementing DoD policy for interface control and executing the COCOM and lF ACC' s intent and guidance in a DoD and international environment.
