The principle focus will be to supervise and arrange suitable switchboard staff cover and support telecommunications and other related services e.g. mobile phones, long range pagers, Trust bleeps. Job responsibilities: Key Tasks & Responsibilities: Plan staffing rosters to provide a 24/7 service ensuring safe and appropriate skill mix. Responsible for adjusting the roster according to service requirements. Assistant System Administrator Security Manager

Key Role:
Act as an assistant System Administrator Security Manager (SASM) for the US Marine Corps. Provide programmatic, security and administrative support to analyze and implement security policies and planning procedures to protect classified information. Leverage subject matter expertise on the operational Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) system with privileged access to implement enhanced exchanges of information, customer service, and ensure improved productivity. Basic Qualifications:

This position is responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of construction projects ranging from $15 – $49 million in size.

Essential Job Accountabilities

• Perform accurate project revenue and cost financial forecasting to ensure corporate profitability goals are met.

• Coordinate with estimators and project controls group to establish budget.

• Lead estimating efforts on vertically integrated projects to ensure accurate and consistent bid to build process.

• Coordinate efforts with estimators, large project sponsor, and manager of construction to manage resources to meet project schedule.

• Participate in bid review and bid closing to ensure accuracy of bid and evaluate project feasibility; work with estimating team to develop bid schedule.

• Coordinate with large project sponsor, manager of construction and project team to develop comprehensive plan for project start up and successful kick-off. 

• Provide environment where dynamic project communication occurs between Project Engineers, Foremen, Superintendents and Construction Manager to ensure work is accomplished in an efficient, profitable, and safe manner.

• Ensure proper job controls, i.e. quantities, costs, revenue and schedule.

• Establish and maintain working relationships with owners, agencies, subcontractors, corporate management, inspectors, etc., providing customer service to develop long-term partnerships with client base.

• Ensure accurate construction reports for the job allowing for continuous improvement in performance. 

• Run projects at profitability levels to meet or exceed expected margins.

• Comply, understand, and support corporate safety initiatives to ensure a safe work environment.

Education

• BS degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent work experience in heavy civil construction.

Work Experience

• Five (5) to ten (10) years progressive project experience in heavy civil environments.

• Minimum of five (5) years experience in paving, dirt, and grading in either private or public environments.

Knowledge, skills, and abilities

• Knowledge of construction paving, underground, concrete and grading practices.

• Knowledge and understanding of union agreements and prevailing wage issues.

• Maintain ability to work in high production environment.

• Demonstrated decision-making skills.

• Excellent leadership skills.

• Excellent supervisory communication and organizational skills.

• Accuracy at all times.

$114,765.00 - $172,148.00

Who we’re looking for:

The Security Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating security operations within FleetPartners. Your primary goal is to create a secure and resilient operational and technical environment through the development and implementation of security strategies, policies, and procedures to safeguard our customers, assets, employees, and visitors against potential threats.

You will possess a strong understanding of a wide range of security products and services, including but not limited to Endpoint Protection, Threat Intelligence, Vulnerability Management, SIEM and SOAR. • Collaborate with technology team on security within design, development and deployment of new systems, applications, networks & technology
• Continuously work with departments in the organization to reduce risk. From technical controls and procedures to policies
• Monitor, coordinate and conduct investigations into security incidents
• Work closely with MSSP/Vendor partners
• Managing all internal and external security compliance engagement activities
• Convey cyber security concepts to technical and non-technical colleagues
• Conducting Pen-test, vulnerability tests and identifying and addressing any weaknesses
• Monitoring information systems and responding to any cyber-security incidents
• Ensure security patches are up to date for all environments including end-user devices.
• Automating security controls, data and processes
• Developing policy around third-party risk with vendors and suppliers
• Working with NFR to identify and manage data privacy risks as well as internal and external compliance

Job Purpose:

To be responsible, as a member of the Finance & Procurement Department Senior Leadership Team, for the management of the Force Procurement Function. To provide advice - as the most senior qualified procurement professional - to the Head of Finance & Procurement, Director of Resources and the wider Force. Knowledge & Experience:

Must hold a CIPS Level 6 Professional Diploma and significant post-equivalent work experience in procurement

Demonstrably meaningful history of managing a procurement team of a large & complex organisation - capable of ensuring team development and motivation to deliver optimal results

Extensive track record of leading on high-level / complex procurement projects of significant value

Markedly demonstrable commercial & financial acumen - able to present this and associated information in a concise, professional manner

Thorough understanding of commercial practices, including: manufacturing processes; costing methods; logistics

Senior level management skills, with notable evidence of challenging the status quo and adapting to change

Clear grasp of the complex nature of operational demands and how to develop strategies & procedures to assist devolved managers to harness their resources, achieving demands in effective, cost-efficient manners - measurable against relevant performance indicators

Capacious knowledge of Contract Law, including the relevant public procurement regulations, and familiarity with PCC Standing Orders & Financial Regulations, together with Force Financial Instructions

Proactive approach to addressing problem issues, ensuring Chief Officers and other stakeholders are kept appropriately updated

Excellent interpersonal communication skills - able to develop strong relationships with senior officers and other key stakeholders, instilling confidence about the professionalism of the procurement department

Strong leadership to act as the senior negotiator for the Force
