Overseeing site security teams and reporting to the Regional Security Director, the Senior Manager Security will collaborate extensively with local, regional and global partners in the delivery and implementation of the physical security program at sites across the country.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Management and oversight for the implementation, maintenance and development of consistent security programs, procedures, systems and technology, across all sites within country, ensuring the security and safety of Western Digital personnel, visitors, facilities, data and assets
• Provide effective management and leadership to on-site security teams, including supporting the development, growth and performance of their team
• Work closely with key stakeholders to develop a comprehensive, consistent, compliant security training and awareness program across sites
• Managerial responsibility for site security performance, KPI’s and performance metrics. Oversight of site security financial budget planning and forecasting
• Develop and implement improvement strategies through data analytics and use of emerging technology.
• Collaborate, communicate and engage with multiple local, regional and global security partners and stakeholders, developing effective working relationships to ensure superior operational outcomes, security service delivery and policy alignment
• Oversee delivery of physical security and CapEx projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment to specified strategic objectives, timelines and budget constraints
• Proactively identify security good practice, gaps, vulnerabilities, driving improvement and development across all areas of security delivery, related capital projects, supported events and requests from other business units
• Provide managerial support to multiple internal and external site audits and compliance processes, including the tracking, monitoring and delivery of improvement measures aligned to findings
• Occasional country and regional travel to support sites

The Office of Acquisition Information Technology Services provides transformational system development, incremental system development, operational and management services for FAS business applications. The organization advises FAS leadership and program areas on IT tools that support and enhance FAS’s business operations. IDQ is organizationally aligned to the FAS business areas to most effectively deliver the IT services, systems, and functions they need. Additionally, they provide cloud integration technology functions as a shared service for all of GSA IT.

As an Information Technology Project Manager you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Serve as a Cloud Engineer for high velocity information technology (IT) projects, leading and implementing specific IT projects and defining and structuring cloud modernization projects for new and current initiatives within GSA IT.
• Design and implement highly automated, secure cloud environments to host and modernize business critical applications, including recommending tools, technologies and approaches based on analysis of cost, schedule, risk, and business value; and providing technical oversight to contractor teams support GSA IT cloud and application development efforts.
• Provide subject matter expert level consultation and supporting to help software development teams make optimal decisions and take advantage of cloud benefits, including assisting in developing and maintaining documentation and technical training content, and performing feasibility analysis on potential product changes.
• Review technical requirements to determine types of services required and the appropriate contract vehicle.
• Consider impact of acquisition regulations, strategies, policies and processes pertaining to IT project management strategies, and utilize the information obtained to create optimized solutions.

• Provides strategic leadership in developing and executing national strategies that optimize the utilization, performance, and value of GSA’s real property portfolio. This includes making informed investment, operational, and divestment decisions to enhance portfolio efficiency and effectiveness.
• Responsible for the strategic planning of and investment in GSA’s portfolio of owned and leased assets. Develops policies, processes and procedures to comply with legislative and regulatory requirements that apply across the entire PBS inventory. Ensures that policies, processes and procedures are successfully implemented and administered by national and regional staff. Ensures funding needs identified in capital programs are appropriately documented and supported for the successful defense of capital programs.
• Leads the review, development, and prioritization of projects within GSA’s annual Capital Investment and Leasing Program (CILP), ensuring that resources are allocated to projects that deliver the highest return on investment and strategic value aligns capital resources from the appropriate budget activities with the projects in PBS’s regions.
• Assesses and improves program effectiveness and/or complex management processes, projects and systems. Issues studied impact the entire region, headquarters and oftentimes the nation, in incumbent's analysis of and implementation of innovations in business matters, ensuring that PBS/GSA continues to develop and employ best in industry practices. Using technical leadership, outstanding creativity and exceptional judgment develops, defines and modifies research and/or programmatic objectives, devising innovative ways to solve problems of major importance to the agency.
• Develops and implements long-range work plans and schedules, or methods, procedures, etc. for the accomplishment of approved policies, goals, and objectives, and provides advice, counsel, or instruction to individual employees on both work and administrative matters. Supervisory functions include ensuring that job descriptions accurately depict the actual work requirements and that personnel actions are promptly initiated; planning and scheduling work; making assignments to subordinates based on priorities; and, accepting, amending or rejecting completed work.

As a Safety and Occupational Health Manager, at the full performance level you will perform the following duties:

• Supervise a workforce of safety professionals.
• Providing technical guidance to all levels of management and field offices on complex safety and health issues.
• Designing and developing national policy supporting ICE's Safety Program.
• Developing standards where occupational safety and health standards do not exist or do not adequately cover hazardous conditions and operations.
• Collaborating with the major programs of ICE to promote occupational safety and health, engage management in incorporating safety in all aspects of operations(list in bullet format; no more than 5 bullets)

As an IT Program Manager you will develop, implement, and/or oversee multi-year IT initiatives of such magnitude they must be
carried out through multiple related projects.

You will be responsible for the following duties:

• Managing long term IT projects which include: identifying customer needs and requirements; analyzing systems requirements and environments. 
• Providing recommendations and advice to stakeholders and senior management officials on IT solutions critical to organizational functions.
• Ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, policies, standards, and procedures. 
• Ensuring appropriate product-related training and documentation are developed and made available to customers. 
• Leading customer support system improvements.

• Senior project manager with responsibility for overall project management of prospectus level or equally complex or precedent setting projects. Leads the development of the most major, politically sensitive and complex project plans including methodology, resource requirements, timelines, priorities and budget impact. Directs and performs budget planning. Establishes evaluation criteria and measurements to assess projects. Prepares timelines for project completion, implementing a system for review, control, and reporting on project status.
• Ensures that projects delivered meet agreed to customer requirements. Manages all aspects of the of the project's finances. Ensures the latest trends and state of the art technologies in facility design, construction, alterations, space management, contracting, negotiations, and knowledge management are applied. Independently develops innovative solutions to address unanticipated project complications.
• Ensures the completion of project documents and makes certain they are uploaded into all necessary systems of record in order to track established performance metrics and historical trends. Conducts and documents lessons learned analysis.
• Negotiates and coordinates project plans, budget objectives and schedules with customer agencies to establish and/or manage customer expectations. Informs customer officials of project status and any requirements for additional agency initiated action.
• Works with stakeholders and key leadership in various Federal agencies, State and local governments, non-profits, community organizations, special interest groups, and environmentalists. Maintains and/or oversees continuous contact with Federal, State and local officials, and the media (in coordination with Public Affairs) with regard to project issues and status. Briefs key leadership on costs, impact, feasibility, alternatives, issues, recommendations and status of project development and implementation.
• Leads and facilitates the efforts and expertise of a wide range of disciplines. Serves as a mentor for team members and others.
• Directs the acquisition and management of large numbers and types of contracts supporting all aspects of leasing and/or Federal construction projects. Monitors progress and evaluates performance against contract requirements.
• Prepares or assists the Contracting Officer and/or the COR in the preparation of statements of work, determinations, findings and solicitation documents.
• Negotiates the business transaction with customer agencies, including utilization rates and financial obligations; develops complex, accurate requests for funding and tracks financial obligations and expenses throughout the planning, execution and close-out of projects.
