• Performs O&M engineering involving maintenance, repair, upgrade, and operation of equipment and systems to infrastructure facilities, including utility systems, at a military installation utilizing a professional knowledge of civil engineering.
• Determines short and long range requirements for replacement of existing complex and major facility and infrastructure systems, equipment, etc.
• Serves as a consultant on all civil engineering aspects of projects and provides civil engineering support to trades and crafts shops.
• In conjunction with the primary duty of O&M, on a less frequent basis performs work in the construction management, design, and programming/base development functions.

• Performs planning and design work for substantial sustainment, modernization, repair, improvement, renovations and construction projects for real property facilities, including utility systems, utilizing a professional knowledge of civil engineering.
• Manages projects for new construction, renovations, and improvements to real property facilities and maintains surveillance over in-house labor or construction contractors utilizing a professional knowledge of civil engineering and knowledge of other engineering disciplines to ensure overall compliance with project requirements.
• Collects data and evaluates factors which affect the application of concepts, principles, theories, and methods required to observe, examine, measure, analyze, map, and describe physical and technical features and phenomena.

1. Performs the full spectrum of police officer duties within the assigned jurisdictions; incumbent has full powers of apprehension and detection, which entails carrying a firearm, mirandizing suspects, preserving evidence and testifying in court as it pertains to enforcing regulations within assigned jurisdiction.
2. Conducts Investigations/Surveillance; conducts investigations of crimes and complaints covering a wide range of subjects and allegations that are not within the scope of the Air Force Office of Special Investigations (AFOSI) or the scope of the higher level detectives assigned to the squadron.
3. Performs as Base Defense Operations Center (BDOC) Controller; serves as the primary command and control (C2) function for all Integrated Defense forces.
4. Performs emergency response and incident command and control; acts as the initial on scene commander for significant and catastrophic events (e.g. active shooter, terrorist attacks, and natural disasters) and intakes Air Force Incident Management System (AFIMS).
5. This position will support the Federal Government's response to efforts to COVID-19.

• Participates in correcting deficiencies identified through the stan/eval program.
• Performs stan/eval testing functions. Coordinates with branch/section chiefs and supervisors to determine testing requirements.
• Performs stan/eval inspections. Coordinates inspection schedules with branch/section chiefs and supervisors.
• Performs administrative and coordinative duties for the stan/eval program. Develops local directives for the stan/eval program.

1. Processes applications and issues identification cards, controlled and restricted area badges, vehicle registration, and temporary passes to eligible personnel.
2. Provides Work Leader assistance. Ensures work assignments of other employees in the unit are accomplished in accordance with appropriate regulations and within established time frames.
3. Maintains controlled forms. Maintains control logs for identification cards, and restricted area badges for maintenance and destruction of accountable forms in accordance with applicable AF instructions.
4. Carries out routine, miscellaneous clerical tasks. Performs clerical support duties to ensure efficient office operations. Reproduces and assembles copies of a variety of correspondence. Distributes mail and messages.
5. Provides general customer service. Focuses on responsive and accurate customer service within the Pass & Registration/Visitors Center environment.
