The Senior Data Analyst is responsible for developing and maintaining existing data models, creating new data models and data sets, and partnering with analysts to expose this data for broader consumption. Working within the broader Data and Analytics team, the role reports to the relevant analytics lead - retail, digital, marketing, people and operations, or personalisation - and supports a functional agile squad.

• Work with the wider D&A team and community to design, Construct, Install, Test and Maintain scalable analytic tools/apps dashboard/visualisation solutions for our team 
• Produce data, analytics and insights from disparate data sources across Endeavour drinks, including GCP, Azure, Adobe and other proprietary databases.
• Build out unified customer data assets and data models
• Providing both ongoing and ad hoc reporting, analysis and insights in a timely manner
• Sharing approaches and best practices across the Endeavour data and analytics chapters
• Work within team norms, standards and procedures to provide consistency across the business
• Establish credible relationships with business stakeholders and third-party vendors.
• Support and drive the development of great team dynamics
• Proactive with ideas and recommendations and help drive the business outcomes
• Lead, coach and develop junior team members
• Champion the role of solid data governance, capture and sharing principles across our data platforms

As a Senior Data Analyst within our Analytics team—comprising over 200 passionate professionals—you'll harness innovative data technologies to drive strategic initiatives across our dynamic business landscape. As a pivotal member of the Advanced Analytics team, this Senior Data Analyst role will play a critical role in the Attribution squad by measuring the value driven by our many initiatives to influence and enhance our personalisation approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work in close collaboration with 2 other senior data analysts, 3 data scientists and 2 data engineers within the squad and hundreds of analytics experts within Endeavour
• Establish strong relationships with business stakeholders to become their trusted advisor and partner
• Solve problems from the attribution lens
• Focus on the insights (aka ‘so what’)  from ongoing and ad hoc analysis, defining the narrative and identifying actions and opportunities
• Leverage your SQL skills to query our large instore and online retail datasets for all our brands (Dan Murphy, BWS …)
• Design, build, test, and maintain high-quality Tableau dashboards
• Influence the product roadmap of this relatively new squad with the opportunity to bring some of your ideas to life
• Thriving and growing (and challenging) our team norms, standards and procedures to provide consistency across the business and with peers
