The role 

This is a mid-senior role, you’ll work closely with the design manager, product manager to research, understand user needs and explore and design solutions with wireframes, flows and mockups to build prototypes. • Docking execution system with all the outsource factories. Consulting and technical support during all process.
• Be responsible for the writing of technical documents like writing end user manual for the Information systems to instruct and guide the end users; etc.

Qualification：

• Master Degree in Engineering &Technology related subjects
• More than 10 year working experience with more than 7 years proven management experience
• Experience with Collect and analyze the requirements and needs relating to the insurance process.
• Experience with system processes flow design and fault detection method,
• Experience with core data system establishing and processes flow docking
• Has worked with responsibility for large-sized projects and processes. Worked successfully with people of other cultures.
• Industry know-how, Customer environment/competitors
• English proficiency
