University Hospitals Dorset are seeking an experienced health care professional to lead our exceptional team of clinical practitioners, managers and trainers that make up the Clinical Site Management Team (CSMT).
The CSMT provides clinical bed management (Clinical site) care for the acutely unwell (Clinical practitioners and outreach practitioners) and resuscitation training.
The successful applicant with have the opportunity to work with this talented team of clinical practitioners as we continue to develop and reconfigure our services.
The Head of CSMT and Flow will provide clinical and managerial leadership to the services with the support of a team of clinical service leads.
• Leading the further integration of our services
• Ensuring members of the teams are able to grow and develop
• Ensuring compliance with National and Local clinical standards
• Driving forward the Trust Flow improvements
• Representing the teams within nursing and wider clinical forums
Base Location: Cross Site Working - Poole, Bournemouth and Christchurch Hospital
