Roles
- Customers engagement, engage new customers/channel and maintain services to existing customers.
- Work with Manager and Senior Management on Sales Strategy to achieve business goal.
- Maintain product knowledge and to provide technical solution to customers.
- Builds solutions that leverage technology to meet our customers’ business needs.
- Works with the project, service team to provide pre- and post-sales support, including tasks such as discovery meetings, site visits, proposals and presentations, technical evaluations, implementation, and ongoing technical account management.
- Engage with potential customers to understand their technical requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.
- Prepare technical proposals and quotations for customers.
- Provide ongoing technical support and addressing customers’ inquiries, concerns and technical issues.
- Gather customers feedback and market insights for service and product development and improvement.
- Monitor and measure product sales target according to the tracking plan.
Qualifications
1. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any related engineering field.
2. Fresh graduate or 2 years of experience in technical sales.
3. Strong interpersonal skill and confidence.
4. Results-oriented, self-motivated, energetic, professional, reliable, and a team player.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work comfortably with people at all levels.
6. Problem solving skill.
7. Technical minded, attentive learner and detail-oriented.
8. Able to travel locally and overseas.
