Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated AI Engineer to join our team. As an AI Engineer you will design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI systems that will be used to power our innovative products and services. You will work on cutting-edge projects with a cross-functional team, contributing to both research and production-grade AI systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex problems.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to build scalable AI solutions.
- Build and optimize data pipelines and workflows to support AI model training and inference.
- Conduct experiments, model evaluations, and fine-tuning to ensure the best performance of AI systems.
- Develop and deploy AI models to production environments, ensuring they are scalable and efficient.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code for AI systems and tools.
- Monitor and troubleshoot AI model performance in production, providing improvements and updates.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI/ML research and technologies, and apply them to real-world problems.
- Contribute to open-source AI tools and frameworks when applicable.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java.
- Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or Scikit-learn.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure for deploying AI models.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms (e.g., supervised/unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning, deep learning).
- Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or other AI domains is a plus.
- Experience in deploying machine learning models in production environments using tools like Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex data.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with big data tools such as Apache Spark or Hadoop.
- Familiarity with reinforcement learning or deep reinforcement learning.
- Knowledge of data engineering and big data architectures.
- Experience in research or contributing to academic papers in AI/ML.
