Ensure NIP resources are allocated efficiently to maximize the effectiveness of IC programs.

Oversee the development, prioritization, and implementation of Intelligence Community (IC) budget activities, to include budget reviews, preparation of DNI budget decisions, and support for budget justification materials and appeals of Congressional budget actions.

Oversee and direct IC funds control activities, including reprogramming; funds apportionment, allotment, and allocation of appropriations; budget analysis; and budget execution assessment.
