Sodexo are on the look out for a HR Coordinator in Dublin 8 If you are a friendly and organised individual who could be the face of our prestigious corporate site and you are a master multi tasker, then we want to hear from you!
What you’ll do:
- Contract point of contact between the central Recruitment Team and Sodexo Management Teams within the contract
- Overseeing onboarding and induction of new staff
- Work closely with L&D Coordinator and HR Business Partner to roll out bespoke engagement and culture plan for the contract
- Work directly with the Account Manager & L&D Coordinator to create development plans for Management Team
- Act as point of contact for HR queries at site level and escalate to HR Business Partner as required
- Promote recognition in line with Sodexo initiatives
- Conduct workshops / focus groups within the contract to embed Sodexo culture and values, employee value proposition, customer service / service excellence, engagement, diversity, equity and inclusion, mental health and wellbeing
- Work with Management to ensure Sodexo and site training requirements are up to date and report back monthly to clients via Governance meetings
- Participate in onsite Management meetings and provide relevant reports for Management and Clients as required
- Risk, governance and compliance: Support full understanding of all company risk and governance processes, ensure that these are fully applied, complied with and adhered to
What you bring:
- Extensive HR generalist experience and detailed understanding of all aspects of HR Management including reward resourcing, talent management/succession planning, change management and employee relations
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience
- Well organised, responsive and able to work under pressure
- Interface with multiple levels of employees
- Technical expertise in employee relations
- Experience of dealing with trade unions
- Extensive knowledge of Employment Law in Ireland
- Virtual working and ability to get buy in from wide range of stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong influencing skills to ensure commitment throughout the business to quality standards
- Experience of training others successfully
- Mobility: travel as required to provide units with 'hands on' support
- High level of comfort in a matrix world
