Responsibilities

• Provides advice, information and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures in line with best practice
• Coordinates and monitors the administration of all human resource activity
• Manages the joiner and leaver process from beginning to end, and ensures inductions and exit interviews are carried out
• Controls the monthly payroll and works with HR systems to ensure a smooth and efficient process
• Produces contracts of varying terms and conditions – consultants, temporary and permanent in compliance with Company policy and labor regulations
• Advises employees on the agency’s benefit offering
• Assists in training and development requirements for the agency
• Coordinates the agency recruitment process from posting roles to shortlisting candidates
• Continual policy and process development; communicates and implements policies and procedures in line with benchmarks and employment law regulation
• Build contact with local Universities in building new and young talent pool
• Plan annual internships program – working directly with Universities/Colleges
• Build a good base of talent pool – working closely with Regional team and also connect with industry peers
• Managing staff related issues
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by reporting manager

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring manager to define job requirements, qualifications and skills for open positions

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates, utilizing various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media and networking

• Review and screen resume and applications to identify potential candidates for further evaluation.

• Conduct phone screens and interview to assess candidate’s qualifications, skills and cultural fit.

• Coordinate and participate in panel interviews and other assessment method, as needed

• Evaluate candidates using a combination of behavioral-based interviewing techniques, skills assessments, and reference checks

• Provide guidelines and support to hiring managers throughout the selection process, including making recommendations and facilitating the decision-making process.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, providing timely feedback, and addressing candidates’ inquiries.

• Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practice, and legal requirements to enhance the effectiveness of talent acquisition processes.

• Collaborate with the HR team to improve recruitment strategies, employer branding, and onboarding processes.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and reports

Roles & Responsibilities

As Accountant, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities within the group of subsidiary companies. This position will report to the senior Group Finance Manager of the group. She will be responsible for managing company's full set of accounts and prepare and produce basic financial reporting for the management.

Candidate Profile & Attributes

We are looking for candidates with the following background:

*Malaysians in age group 28-38.

*Professional qualification ACCA or CIMA (Graduate or finalist) or Bachelor degree in Accountancy.

*Candidates who have prior audit experience would be a big plus to consider.

*Candidate for this role should be technical competent and up to date with all relevant technical accounting pronouncement and standards.

To be considered for this role, we are looking for Accounting qualified candidates with good spoken and written command of English and conversant in BM and Chinese/Mandarin.

We are looking for candidates with positive work attitudes and who can take on challenging work. The successful applicants will need to have strong technical accounting skills, be prepared to be hands on and deal with details.
