Your new role
As Project Manager, you will be operationally responsible for the delivery of complex refurbishment projects. The role

The initial stage of the biscuit production which is pivotal. An environment which can be very physical very team orientated and clear communication. This role requires common sense, ability to work on your own initiative and follow processes. Starting with rota sheet which tells allocates you to a particular line/plant. Then checking the recipe sheet and ensure that the mixing machine is appropriately aligned to the settings i.e. weight number of individual mixes.

Key accountabilities

• Mixer – working from a menu/recipe sheet to ensure that the mixer is appropriately set. This machine determines the order and amount of the ingredients. Doing quality control checks to determine the consistency colour etc of the mix. Recipes will also have “Add Ons” These are chemical ingredients which are added manually by the mixer i.e. soda salt etc. The chemical mixture is prepared separately by the Chemical Maker and are brought over to the Mixer.

• Chemical Mixer– working with a variety of chemical ingredients following instructions making this mix and bringing it to the mixer. Manual role following guidelines and using shovels to insert mix and using weighing machine to quantify correct receipt portions.

• Servicer – Gets the bulk ingredients from the warehouse to the mixing and storage facility. Requires use of FL (although some one can do this for you) using pallet trucks. Very physical, checking stock requirements.

The role

We are looking for a Machine Operator to join our production team. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our wrapping machinery, contributing to the quality of our products while minimising production disruptions.   • Support the development of positive relationships and emotional wellbeing of children and young people using evidence based interventions with individual learners and groups

PSOs do not work during the 12 weeks of school holidays, however total salary is paid in 12 equal monthly payments, over the year.

This post is regulated work with children and/or protected adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. The Recruitment Co are recruiting for an External Handyman / Janitor for our client who are a market leading Facilities Management company.

The site is based in Edinburgh, EH3, and you will be responsible for the general
tidiness of the site.

Duties Include:

Ensuring that the waste bins are taken out from resident's bin stores in time for daily collections.
Carry out litter picking and cleaning public waste bins daily
Power washing external footpaths
Graffiti removal and various other tasks as required.
Weekly car park cleaning using scrubber dryer
Deal with any requests from the client.
Some internal work at the clients request such as painting, replacing skirting, and replacing locks on doors

To succeed in this role you will need the following:

A full UK driving licence is essential to drive the utility vehicle
Self motivation with the ability to use your own initiative
Enthusiasm, flexibility and team-working skills

The hours of work will be Monday - Friday 7am-3pm, and you will be required to work every other Sunday (once every 2 weeks)

The pay rate for this role is £12.25 per hour.

This is a temporary to permanent role after 12 weeks

Your new role
In your new role, as a Business Services Manager, you will be responsible for duties including but not limited to:

* Planning and managing the timely and profitable completion of a portfolio of client work which may include year-end and management accounts, corporate and personal tax returns, VAT returns, management accounts, budgets and forecasts for selected clients, liaising with Client Relationship Managers and specialists across the business where required
* Review of assistants/seniors work, providing feedback and coaching
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, contacts and colleagues
* Engaging and consulting actively with our specialists, co-ordinating their involvement in advisory work and identifying cross-selling opportunities
* Dealing with ad-hoc client queries, telephone calls and meetings
* Portfolio management duties including client take on, fee preparation and WIP/debt management

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have experience working in a similar role within a practice environment. The ideal candidate will hold a professional qualification, be that ICAS or ACCA, and be comfortable managing a large portfolio of clients alongside a team of more junior employees. The successful candidate will also boast excellent written and verbal communication skills and possess a positive attitude towards their work.
