The incumbent shall be responsible for the processing of the full cycle of payroll computation on a monthly basis. Timely and accurate processing is required to meet the deadline of the closing.

Responsibilities:

• Create and produce detailed technical drawings and plans

The Senior Document Controller is responsible for managing and overseeing project documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements. This role includes organizing, maintaining, and tracking documents, attending weekly meetings to provide updates on document status, and coordinating with project teams to facilitate the timely distribution of critical information while ensuring adherence to established documentation protocols.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the receipt, processing, and distribution of project documentation according to established guidelines
• Maintain accurate records of document versions and revisions
• Utilize electronic document management systems (EDMS) to track and manage project documentation
• Produce and manage logs, transmittals, and required project reports
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure documentation compliance and accuracy
• Conduct regular audits of documentation practices to ensure compliance with project standards
• Provide training and support to team members on document control procedures

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in document control or related field
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related discipline is preferred
• Proficiency in electronic document management systems, particularly Aconex and SharePoint
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
