Introduction
The HR Systems and Data Team are responsible for the application support and development of the new HR and Payroll System, enabling customers to make full use of the applications. HR Systems Team experts provide leadership and technical advice on system applications to customers, maximising productivity and performance of the system. The Team will lead and contribute to HR business improvement projects, HR system module implementation, and will identify opportunities for improvements to business activities and system processes.
The Role
Part of the HR Systems team focussing on HR Systems application support and maintenance, enabling customers to make full use of the applications on which service relies.
Responsible for the support and development of HR system. Provision of assistance to the HR Systems team in the production of Management Information and maintenance of HR system.
Some of the responsibilities for this role include:
- Support and maintenance of HR and Payroll System. Providing direct user support to customers.
- Ability to write new reports and amending existing reports on using report browsers, Excel to present data.
- Support the Maintenance of the agreed complement, including the creation and / or updating existing positions and employee data in HR system.
- Support the provision of reports to ensure are received in a reasonable and timely manner.
- Support the testing of any changes, upgrades or enhancements to the system.
Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:
- Ability to Support and maintain iTrent HR System and provide customer support
- Knowledge and experience of providing management information from HR Systems.
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel to include creation of Pivot Tables
- Ability to prioritise own workload to ensure delivery of a high-quality customer service in line with the monthly reporting and payroll cycle.
- Good attention to detail with a proven ability to check numerical and narrative information thoroughly and accurately.
- Act as a positive role model and promote the culture of House, maintaining principles of equality, diversity and inclusion at all times.
