Area Information:

This position is stationed at South Rim of the Grand Canyon National Park located in Northern Arizona. The South Rim is approximately 60 miles north of Williams and 82 miles Northwest of Flagstaff, at an elevation of 7,000 feet. Temperatures range from approximately 90 degrees in the summer to 0 degrees in the winter. Annual precipitation averages around 13 inches.

Grand Canyon Village has schools K-12, a daycare center, post office, general store, churches, a recreation center with gym, a public library, a clinic with resident physicians, and several restaurants. The park community consists of some 2,500 people, including employees of the NPS and concessioners and their family members. There are often employment opportunities for family members in the park and surrounding areas. The park community is small enough that many employees choose to walk or bike from their homes to work. Complete shopping, educational, medical, and professional services are available in Williams and Flagstaff. • Adhere to relevant Code of Practice of Professional body

ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work in partnership with stakeholders to ensure the timely completion of HR documentation such as monthly school reports and absence dashboards
• Work in partnership with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely processing of pay adjustments, incremental point changes, removal/ addition of protection on pay/ hour of work.
• Attend meetings and provide accurate minutes
• Assist stakeholders in the resolution of contractual queries
• Facilitate the monitoring of regular report on contractual matters, i.e. ETWD compliance, Employment Checks, Fixed terms contracts and Secondments, highlighting any areas of concern.

TEACHING & TRAINING RESPONSBILITIES
• Deliver training sessions on HR policies and procedures

Your new role
In this role you will be responsible for supporting the People & Development Manager with generalist HR duties including leading on recruitment administration, managing onboarding and offboarding processes, organising training and L&D, providing support on various people and development projects, updating the HR database and improving efficiency and handling general queries to the people team. This is a permanent role, working 37.5 hours per week with flexitime and hybrid working options.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be an experienced HR administrator or assistant, ideally with or working towards a CIPD qualification. You will need to have excellent systems knowledge and technical skills and have the ability to take initiative.

Maz Fleet Pty Ltd are currently recruiting for experienced and qualified Motor Mechanics to join their Service Department in Sydney City and suburbs as well as Kirrawee NSW.


The successful candidate will need to undertake and possess:

- Extensive experience in repairs and maintenance in line with the manufacturers’ requirements for all make and models
- The ability to perform scheduled maintenance servicing
- The capacity to service and repair vehicles as per the repair order with the allocated time
- Good verbal and written communications skills
- Strong diagnostics capabilities


Skills & Abilities:

- Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent
- Ideally have a minimum of three years’ experience as a qualified Motor Mechanic
- A strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair
- The ability to work in a team environment


Salary range is $70,000 - $85,000pa commensurate with experience
