Be the trusted advisor to the CEO and HODs, holding all managers to a high-quality standard.
Oversee Workplace operations, the building management, safety & security team to ensure that employees are provided with a healthy and conducive working environment.
Plan, develop and implement HR continuous improvement activities.
Support the setup of HR operations infrastructure in the newly formed regional entities such as Recruitment of new positions, Implementation of payroll systems & benefits, Creation of employee policies and guidelines in line with local legislation, etc
Working hours : 8.30am5.30pm; Alternate Saturday 8.30am~12.30pm
Working location is Poineer and Tuas area
