The Role
As part of an enterprise-wide transformation initiative, the HR Project Consultant will work closely with the Project Manager and COE's to support the design, development, and delivery of various HR and Culture programs across the business, with a particular focus on leadership development.
you will support the design and implementation of leadership programs as part of an enterprise-wide transformation initiative. Working closely with leadership and project managers, you'll help drive cultural change by developing and delivering leadership initiatives.
This is an ideal role for an HR professional with culture and project/transformation experience looking for broader exposure to other HR areas.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver leadership programs and evaluations.
Collaborate with teams to assess leadership needs.
Facilitate leadership workshops and promote leadership excellence.
Develop tools to measure program impact and ensure continuous improvement.
Manage stakeholder relationships and vendor engagement for HR
