Join Us as a Recruitment Coordinator:

We are on the lookout for a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to play a crucial role in supporting our hiring needs. You will be an integral part of the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring the efficient coordination of candidate interviews and delivering a positive candidate experience. Your role demands exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, proactiveness, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is a hybrid role based in our Singapore office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the entire candidate journey, ensuring a best-in-class experience from initial contact through offer and pre-onboarding.
• Assist recruiters and hiring managers with all scheduling needs, maintaining efficient timelines throughout the recruitment process.
• Communicate professionally and confidentially with candidates and hiring teams, ensuring timely and effective interactions.
• Maintain the applicant tracking system, ensuring data integrity through scorecards and updated candidate profiles.
• Coordinate candidate travel and expense processes for in-person interviews, managing all logistical aspects of in-person candidate on-sites.
• Collaborate with our leaders, staffing vendors, and external recruiting agencies to facilitate executive hiring needs.
• Contribute to new ideas for improving the recruiting process and operations while assisting with related projects.
• Work closely with the People Success Operations team on pre-onboarding processes, visa processing, and reference and background check processes.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 1+ years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR coordination, or similar roles, preferably in the tech, fintech, or financial services sector.
• Exceptional organizational skills, multi-tasking skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly proficient in scheduling meetings and interviews using Google Calendar.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with candidates and stakeholders.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Bachelor's degree

Join us as a Recruiter, APAC

We are seeking a strategic and execution minded Recruiter with a proven track record in the tech, fintech, or financial services sector, showcasing the ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving, high-growth environment. The position is a hybrid role based in our Singapore office.

As a Recruiter, you will partner closely with senior leaders in our US and Singapore HQ to support and manage the Talent Acquisition portfolio for our Sales, Marketing, Product, and G&A organizations panning across APAC.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for business roles, including GTM, marketing, G&A, and product roles.
• Build and manage active and passive candidate pipelines utilizing diverse sources such as: LinkedIn Recruiter, Google X Ray searching, event attendee lists, etc.
• Execute on talent acquisition strategies, including initiatives for diversity hiring, talent marketing, and recruitment events to align with organizational goals.
• Perform talent mapping to provide guidance on market trends, talent availability, and competitive landscape
• Collaborate with and influence stakeholders to streamline and enhance effective hiring processes, optimize role leveling, and ensure competitive and fair compensation structures for all roles.
• Provide regular updates and reports to hiring managers on key recruitment metrics and recommendations to enhance recruiting processes and efficiency through data-led decisions.
• Act as a brand ambassador, effectively communicating our company culture, values, and mission.

What you bring to the table

• 5+ years of sales, marketing, product, or G&A recruitment experience in an in-house function and/or agency environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proven success in identifying and attracting top-tier talent in a competitive market.
• Strong understanding of industry trends, technologies, and talent landscapes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools.
• Proven ability to champion diversity hiring, implementing strategies and executing initiatives that attract and hire underrepresented people, while actively mitigating bias in our hiring practice.

As a Senior Technology Recruiter, you will partner closely with senior leaders in our Singapore HQ to support and manage the Talent Acquisition portfolio for our tech organization panning across Singapore, Manila, Ho Chi Minh, Budapest, and Warsaw.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for technical roles, including software engineers, data scientists, product management, and other specialized positions.
• Build and manage active and passive candidate pipelines utilizing diverse sources such as: LinkedIn Recruiter, Github, Stack overflow, Google X Ray searching, event attendee lists, etc.
• Shape and implement talent acquisition strategies, including initiatives for diversity hiring, talent marketing, and recruitment events to align with organizational goals.
