What You’ll Be Doing:

Evolent is looking for an Analyst, Quality Assurance (QA). This position is integral to the Customer Service Organization (CSO) team. This individual will play a critical role in executing Evolent’s mission by ensuring that customer service team members provide quality service in line with our objectives, values, and standards.

This position is responsible for conducting audit activities of the Evolent CSO Contact Center. Responsibilities

• Analysts are required to meet established performance metrics.
• Provides on-going feedback including formal one-on-one coaching and immediate feedback sessions with customer service agents; conducts collaborative feedback sessions with CSO leadership including Supervisors and Team Leads to reinforce learning and process improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

The Accounts Payable Manager must be attuned to diverse and complex operations to add value to senior management and provide guidance throughout the organization. This is a hands-on position with both detailed action and solution of day-to-day issues and at the same time results oriented and dedicated to continuous improvement.

Essential functions

• Manage the day-to-day transactions activities. Performs reviews to monitor errors and recommend process improvements to eliminate and/or reduce errors.
• Serve as end-to-end functional owner for accounts payable, including process definitions, policies, implementation, etc.
• Drive a continuous improvement ethos to identify process improvement and/or business opportunities, and communicates with the internal leadership team
• Lead/develop team of 6 across accounts payable, reviewing the productivity and coach them in any situation that requires special attention.
• Manage/develop monthly and weekly reporting and SKU’s. Improve manual process through establishing macros or new system process.
• Ensure compliance with SOX, regulations and internal controls by monitoring and reporting on key controls. Or detect any possible problem reporting to/ working with Director of Accounts Payable.
• Ensure appropriate coding of invoices, establish controls in the team to avoid errors and follow up the approval of Non-PO invoices.
• Proactively resolve and support the team in the resolutions of problems or complicated situations with vendors or internal customers.
• Lead the expense audit process and report the results monthly.
• Support payable process related with new activities in the Company and guide the team over it.
• Work closely with Director of Accounts Payable to maintain the payable aging in 30 days maximum, proactively taking actions if it is required.
• Support the change from Non-PO to PO process.
• Implement new process, controls or reporting.
• Support the 1099 process in US.

As a member of the Platform Engineering org, you will be part of a team responsible for deploying and maintaining network, systems, and security in multiple data centers as well as cloud infrastructure and services.

What you’ll be doing …

• Build a best-in-class Azure based cloud networking environment.
• Design network interconnectivity between on-prem datacenters and Azure infrastructure.
• Lead network efforts and work with Engineering and Operations to support the migration of servers and services from datacenters to cloud over the next several years.
• Develop a technical debt mitigation strategy in partnership with other engineers on the team.
• Partner with infosec, engineering and operations team to better understand upcoming IT needs and incorporate these needs in long-term and short-term network architecture strategy.
• Provide technical leadership and assistance to NOC and Network teams.
• Serve as Network SME for the team, help grow others knowledge in that space and develop strong partnership with 5-7 key leaders/architects on the team.
• Report to the Director of Cloud Network Services.

You will need this to be successful …

• Expert at reverse engineering large scale and complex network environment.
• Huge plus - Experience with Terraform and Ansible building and releasing Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC).
• Year Experience 10 to 15 years
• Must have - expert experience in network security and experience leveraging Palo Alto firewalls and Azure network security groups (NSG).
• Must have - technical experience with networking core and edge switching/routing/VLAN including Cisco and/or Juniper.
• Must have - technical experience with public cloud network design (Azure preferred).
• Must have - network load balancing experience such as F5 BIG-IP and/or Azure load balancer.
• Must have - Advanced understanding and a history of working with routing protocols including BGP.
• Experience with networking hypervisor technologies such as NSX, NSX-T, and Azure VMware Solution.
• Experience or willingness to learn and embrace leveraging agile methodology (Kanban, Sprint Planning) to manage project work.
• Extremely good at communication and comfortable with a high level of transparency.
• Ability to produce and maintain high quality network topology / architecture documentation.
• Highly collaborative attitude and able to mentor junior engineers on the team.
• Low ego.
• Certification examples: AZ-700, CCIE, or equivalent.

Academic Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience

What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Min 2-3 years of relevant experience in the processing of customer invoices and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.

2. Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables journal entries.

3. Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.

4. Verify discrepancies by customers and resolve billing related issues.

5. Run monthly and ad-hoc reports for management.

Essential Functions/ Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deploy high-quality solutions in an Agile framework.
• Understand system pain points, determine root causes, and develop solutions in Workday to address short-term and long-term requirements.
• Support maintenance of Workday HRIS configuration, functional configuration, and business processes/sub-processes and design & development of WD HR features within SLAs.
• Independently manage design and development of deliverables.
• Help identify and manage dependencies and downstream impacts of projects to minimize adverse effects on the system and business processes.
• Provide end-user support including root cause analysis and resolution through the ticketing system; create/maintain training and other documentation.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements and design documents, test logs for requested changes & enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and security standards and adherence to change management policies related to implementation, changes, and updates.
• Identify opportunities for system optimization and enhancements to align with evolving business needs.

Qualifications/Experience Required:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years experience with a HR ERP system development role (Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP etc.) with minimum 3 years of experience in Workday HCM.
• Mandatory experience on EIBs, BPs, Condition rules and any two or more of the following HR modules: Compensation, Absence & Time Tracking, Workday Payroll & Core HCM.
• Understanding of HR processes, procedures, and best practices.
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity, good judgment, mature and positive attitude.
• Ability to exercise discretion with highly confidential information.
• Attend to detail with accuracy.
• Willingness to work until 2 pm EST /11:30 pm IST
