• Scheduling: Organizing employee shifts, considering peak times and seasonality
• Inventory: Ordering beauty products, replenishing stock, and determining product mix and range
• Quality assurance: Ensuring all beauty treatments meet high-quality standards
• Hygiene: Applying hygiene practices across all beauty stations
• Maintenance: Arranging for regular maintenance services for all equipment
• Customer service: Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing high-quality customer service
• Financial: Receiving payments from clients, tracking all transactions, and keeping updated records of costs and revenues
• Promotion: Promoting services, products, and discounts on social media
• Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all applicable local codes and federal or industry regulations

Requirements and skills

• Proven working experience as a beauty centre manager, sales executive or a relevant role
• Proven sales track record
• Experience in customer support is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
• Proficiency in English
• Market knowledge
• Communication and negotiation skills
