Responsibilities Ensure that treatment are doing as per the Thalassemia Management Protocol
Physical examination of all the patients, Palpation of the patient and reporting to Data entry operator
Review the patient profile and ensure that all the lab investigations are on date. if there is any change in treatment discuss with patient and document in notes
Counsel the patient and family. Ensure that patient is adherent to treatment
Ensure the ThalCare documentation on time without any error
Review the complication patients with Hematologists in weekly meeting
Follow up of Undergoing preparation for BMT patients and counsel the patient family for option of cure
Identify and resolve day to day issues related to the project
Ensure that the clinical needs of the patients are addressed in consultation with the medical and administrative team of institution
MBBS / BAMS / BAHS with 1year Experience
