Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Overseeing day-to-day sales operations, providing guidance and support to team members, and ensuring the implementation of effective sales strategies.
- Ensure excellent customer service is delivered by the sales team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Daily sales operations: Reply enquiries / leads from social media, WhatsApp’s, email , phone and closing the deals by providing quality and professional services
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Fully understand the product and can serves as product specialist
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Recording customer feedback
- Working with team and other department members to resolve customer issues e.g. finance, payment reconciliation, deliveries
- To handle existing accounts for daily / weekly / monthly repeat sales orders.
- To develop new potential customer / dealer.
- To act as supporting role, to lead team and assist company achieve monthly sales target.
- Perform other sales tasks as assigned by superior.
Requirement:
- Comfortable working with computers, Microsoft Excel especially. Expertise is not required.
- Experience with people management is a plus.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa is required.
- Good Interaction & Communication Skills
- Independent, self- discipline and motivated
- Positive mindset, able to think critically to solve customer problem.
- Minimum Degree in Marketing/Business/Science related.
- Travel is not necessary for this sales position; it will be based in office.
- Cold calling is not required.
- Direct face-to-face interaction with customers is not needed.
