Continuously works to ensure the value of the decision support systems to NGHS in the development and enhancement of the organization's strategic objectives. Analyzes existing services, to determine their on-going financial feasibility and maximize revenue, recommends modification or termination if necessary.

Serves as a primary project management resource for key initiatives focused on NGHS's strategic growth plan. Maintains flexibility in work assignments to support operational and executive sponsors in the creation and management of detail project plans. Reports major milestone completion dates and provides timely communication about project status and deadlines. Coordinates resources across the organization to ensure all project tasks are assigned and are given appropriate focus.

Performs various functions required for the overall efficiency of the hospital. Assists in implementation of various accounting, budgeting and patient accounting functions when required or requested by division or department heads.
