The role of Manager, Analytic & Insight within Retail Measurement Service (RMS) organization is enabling the RMS business and clients to meet critical business needs: client satisfactions and financial objectives, by:

• Conducting advanced issue-based analyses (able to incorporate multi-account data sets, integrate solutions across Practice Areas and macro view), deliver proactive insights, and build effective analytical presentations.

Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and talented Partner & Customer Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive growth and maximize mutual value from our partnerships. This role requires a proactive individual with a keen understanding of marketing techniques and a strong ability to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders. This is a new position in the rapid growing environment, reporting to Marketing Director in Japan as a member of APJME&A marketing team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies in collaboration with partners to drive mutual business growth and achieve shared objectives.
• Build and nurture relationships with key partners, ensuring alignment of marketing goals and identifying opportunities for joint marketing initiatives.
• Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns targeted towards net new prospect and install base accounts, and measure the impact on pipeline.
• Coordinate marketing activities, including events, webinars, co-branded campaigns, and other initiatives, to increase customer engagement and drive revenue.
• Analyze and report on the performance of partner and customer marketing programs, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to identify new and innovative approaches to customer and partner marketing.
