Job Details
- Setting and managing colleagues annual and monthly objectives, ensuring each colleagues receives a monthly 121 to address performance and offer support
- Ensuring that annual PDRs (performance development reviews) are conducted within timeframes expected by the business
- Managing all HR related issues in line with our best practices
- Supporting colleagues with monthly coaching and development plans and deliver effective monthly team meetings
- Ensuring colleagues are accurately reserved in-line with our reserving philosophy and ensuring payments are authorised in-line with our departmental SLA's
- Managing adherence to departmental work condition reporting and ensuring colleagues adhere to departmental SLA's
Skills we would love you to have
- Strong background/experience in leading and developing a team in an operational environment
- Track record of driving results and meeting/exceeding targets whilst keeping the customer at the heart of everything you do
- Good communication skills with strong attention to detail and committed to own self development as well as that of the team
