We have a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our friendly team in Ty Coch Nursing Home, Cardiff.

Our purpose-built, modern home is situated in the Cardiff suburb of Llanishen. We provide the highest possible standards in: Dementia, Palliative, and general nursing care to over 50 residents. All in comfortable, En Suite bedrooms spread over our three communities.

This role is 0 hours per week - excellent for anyone who wants extra hours around other commitments or needs flexibility in their working pattern. The role aims to cover holiday and sickness leave, as well as supporting the home at particularly busy times.

The main duties of this role include:

- You will work alongside our highly trained staff team of Care Assistants, Senior Care Assistants and Nursing team to support approximately 15 residents each night within a specially assigned 'community'.

- Focusing on our residents often complex needs will allow you to build on your experience of working in Nursing and EMI care.

- You will take responsibility as a 'named nurse', giving you the opportunity not only to build excellent professional relationships, but also to ensure the care you give always respects the personal wishes and circumstances of each individual.

What we need from you:

- Experience in working with residents - this role is based within a nursing home setting so experience of working with the residents is essential

- Ability to show empathy, understanding and experience in a care setting. You will be expected to work closely with our residents and be able to identify their specific needs.

Main Duties1. Lead nursing input into the project.

An opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic Senior HR Advisor to work within the Adult Community Service HR Team. This role is suitable for someone that enjoys working within a fast-paced environment and would like the opportunity to develop a broad generalist portfolio of HR experience supporting a clinical division.

The Senior HR Advisor supports and provides specialist advice to staff and managers within the division in respect of all aspects of employee relations case work, sickness absence management and organisational change. Responsible to the Assistant HR Business Partner this role will provide an efficient, responsive and professional employee relations service, this is a community based post therefore it will include cross-site working across Birmingham and regular travel to meetings throughout the day.

Key areas of activity include sickness absence management, supporting organisational change programmes and carrying a case load of investigations into employment matters encompassing all aspects of employee relations together with providing sound advice to all managers within the Trust regarding all aspects of employment policy and procedure.
