University Hospitals Dorset has an opening for an experienced Senior Phlebotomist at our Bournemouth site. The role involves working with the team using phlebotomy skills and assisting the Phlebotomy Manager in the the day to day running of the Phlebotomy service.

This role is physically demanding, requiring you to have great attention to detail and accuracy when performing venepuncture. As a senior phlebotomist and team leader you will be expected to perform to a high standard, be flexible, supportive and be a trusted point of contact for the team. You will be required to train staff with their clinical skills and support with rostering and staff management.

The FP&A Executive will play a critical role in supporting the firm's financial planning and decision-making processes. This role will involve delivering and executing financial planning activities, including strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting, and providing analytical support to meet the firm's reporting requirements.

Duties of Financial Analyst:

• Assist in the development and execution of long-term strategic plans by creating detailed financial models and forecasts.
• Support strategic decision-making by analysing financial implications of business initiatives and investments.
• Coordinate and manage the annual budgeting process, including collecting, validating, and consolidating input from various departments.
• Ensure alignment between departmental budgets and overall organisational goals.
