• Monthly Sales Associate Performance Report; Point of Sales (Tier2) Reporting
• Ad-hoc customer sales analytics incl. TNS/ Order book/Pipeline
• Contractually Obligated External Reporting (e.g. Government/Customer/Regulators/Environmental)

- Support of Pricing and Contract Management:

• Support of Contract Management - Customer Contract Development, Review, and Negotiation
• Support of Pricelist creation
• Maintenance of Net Pricing for selective customers, i.e. BLP reduced by all discounts (e.g. Siemens)
• Administration of Performance criteria (e.g. Stock Holding, Marketing Co-op Funds)
• Partner level discounts and standard discount maintenance in SAP
• Administration of rebates

- Legal Entity Tasks:

• Transfer pricing: calculation based on general rules at guidance of BT/FC reporting (e.g. YEC, income statement, tax income statement, other tax document, government, regualtors, chambers, environmental)
• Coordinate YEC and audit of local GAAP and IFRS accounts
• Record of leasing cases for tangibles (cars, etc.) and intanglibles (buildings)
• Interface to BPO

- Local governance:

• Support central risk management on controls, collaboration on local audits, GCRA (Global Corruption Risk Analysis), Ensure compliance of local activities

- Credit management:

• Customer dispute management, review of orders on credit blocks, receivables, overdue

- Customer escalation support:

• 2nd level of support for clarifying customer escalations, e.g. Delivery complaints, payments, warranty cases (outside RMA), contractual topics, pricing

- Others:

• Direct Purchasing: for smaller Countries without dedicated Headcount. Tasks include Local-for-Local, Demo goods, Indirect purchasing, Assignment ofFI invoices in APM
• Deputy for CBD: SOP can be Deputy for CBD
• Administration: could include office administration: Travel, Company Cars, IT, HR (e.g. Payroll coordination (Commissions / Bonus)
• Treasury: Liquidity management, banking affairs

 

1. Handle full function of financial and accounting role including day-to-day operations.  
2. Lead corporate income tax (CIT) / value-added tax (VAT) / withholding tax (WHT)  / Business license tax reporting / filing and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
3. Coordinate and work with external auditors, tax officers, tax consultants, bankers and any other officials as necessary.
4. Provide year-end statutory accounts and act as main point of contact for the auditors.
5. Perform monthly forecasts, and monitor and track against forecast and target.
6. Develop reports and provide meaningful comment and analysis to various stakeholders on timely basis.
7. Perform event’s floor auditing, space reconciliation.
8. Provide support in budgeting / 3-year planning exercise.
9. Support any ad-hoc tasks assigned by line manager

Responsibilities:

• Calls on clients to deepen relationships and proactively owns, responds to, uncovers and anticipates future needs, roadblocks or risks and expectations
• Introduces solutions to clients in building and strengthening an effective portfolio;
• Works with product specialists and subject matter experts to structure innovative and customized solutions that meet clients’ individual needs

Qualifications:

• 6-10 years of experience

Team/Role Overview

Description:

Trade (“Trade”), is part of the industry leading Services (“SVCS”) division of Citi.  Export and Agency Finance (“EAF”) is a product segment within Trade and under this scope, Citi arranges short-, medium- and long-term structured financing solutions, supported by export credit agencies, development finance institutions and multilateral agencies (together the “Official Agencies”).

Citi operates as a global platform to originate, lead, arrange, participate and syndicate bespoke structured financings that manage risk through credit and political risk support from sovereign agencies and/or accessing their funding programs.

The selected candidate, reporting to the EAF Japan Cluster Head, will have the responsibility to lead origination and execution in collaboration with EAF Sales colleagues globally, through the whole life cycle of deals from mandate, structuring and approvals through to client negotiation and execution, mainly focused on Japanese Government Agencies such as JBIC, NEXI and JICA. The candidate is expected to be able to act with a level of autonomy (depending on the position offered) in both execution and working with the client coverage organization to seek out and pitch for new opportunities, especially those transactions where Official Agency support can be used to the benefit of Citi’s clients.

This position is a senior leadership position within EAF Japan if the position is offered as SVP, with an expectation to support the Cluster Head in driving strategic initiatives as senior transactor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead origination of Official Agency-supported solutions for clients on global basis that has interest to work with Japanese Government Agencies.
• Contribute as a transactor and drive strategy for EAF Japan growth.
• Work with and collaborate with key risk, product and banking stakeholders and collaborate with other products such as Trade, Markets, Loans and DCM teams as needed to deliver strategic growth initiatives.
• Have key desire to champion certain key industries as well have keen interest to develop ESG solutions which include focus on both E and S.
• Develop calling plans and marketing strategies depending on current and evolving global and regional themes across key countries.
• Lead deal pricing/returns decisions and work with coverage & capital management organizations to bring in cross sell which includes other Trade and Banking products.
• Advise clients on how to prepare for Official Agencies credit and due diligence process including in assisting in preparation of information memorandums & projections.
• Have ability to work closely with Lawyers & Counsels to lead negotiation of mandate / deal documentation and drive approval/alignment with internal and external stakeholders (Risk, Banking, borrowers, agency teams).
• Supervise deal closing and booking procedures, including monitor facility booking as well as revenue mapping.
• Ongoing transaction support as required for waivers and amendments.
• Collaborate with Trade on joint initiatives across products for the wider Trade growth strategy.
• Collaborate and contribute to the EAF global strategy.
• Work with the various ESG and Social Finance teams towards developing risk share solutions to support lending to ESG projects.

Job Description

The Corporate Strategy Manager will report to the Associate Director, Corporate Strategy, Asia Pacific.   

The Position will focus on the execution of Invesco’s China business development, especially in monitoring and analyzing China’s domestic policy and regulation evolution and geopolitical issues that might impact Invesco.  This includes but not limited to supporting public affairs engagements, working on regulatory research, and assisting Invesco’s China business development initiatives. 

The Position will work as a team to help execute a proactive public policy and stakeholder management program to impact favorably the company’s operating environment in Greater China and increase the company’s reputation and brand presence with key policy makers in China. 

He/She will work closely with the key business partners in the region, and other stakeholders and technical experts from across the Group to help execute a proactive public policy and stakeholder management program.  The successful delivery of the program would increase the company’s reputation and brand presence with key policy makers in China.  This will include building strong relationships with the key business partners across the legal and compliance, investment, product development, distribution, and operations teams.

The Position will also assist and support other China related strategy planning and execution work, plus other regional strategic work as needed. 

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate must have a broad business orientation and excellent writing skills, and will have responsibility for the following:

• Provide insights of China’s domestic policy and regulation evolution and maintain good working relations with external public policy stakeholders on issues affecting Invesco in China
• Liaising with business colleagues across Invesco to ensure effective monitoring and co-ordination of public policy issues in the region
• Advocate for Invesco to bring external perspectives within and beyond China back into the company in written format to inform our perception and direction
• Work collaborately with legal and compliance, and investment teams across China (onshore and offshore) to work on market access (and related issues) and development over the capital market opening in China

Qualifications / Work Experience:

• Educated to graduate or post-graduate level
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal in English and Chinese a must
• Team player, good collaboration skills, able to build trust at all levels across the business
• Good policy skills; ability to grasp and understand the significance and potential impact of a wide range of public policy issues and identify risks and opportunities for Invesco
• Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills at all levels of the organisation
• Good understanding of the public policy environment in which Invesco operates.  Public affairs, public policy or government relations experience, preferably in the financial services sector
• Excellent knowledge of asset management public policy landscape, particularly China/Hong Kong
• Strong understanding of the asset management business from a commercial and operational perspective.
• Must be willing to frequently travel within China

The Joint Senior Finance Manager (Hospital Care) will be a key part of the North Yorkshire and York place management accounting and contracting team but will have a specific lead role in working in a fully integrated way with the North Yorkshire and York Place commissioning leads and various portfolio holders within the ICB. Hospital Care covers Acute Services in both the NHS and Independent Sector, along with Mental Health Services, including monitoring of the Mental Health Investment Standard (MHIS). North Yorkshire and York places are the portfolio leads for Acute and Mental Health services across the ICB, this post will therefore support the ICB 'Do It Once' agenda for these areas. They will be responsible for ensuring the management accounting function supports commissioning budget holders in budget planning and management, monthly forecasting and scrutiny of variances to plans, together with budget holders on a monthly basis to ensure that risks to the Place & ICB are minimised. They will work with budget holders to ensure budgets are not exceeded and support the budget holders to take early action to resolve. The post holder will be responsible for supporting senior budget holders in the delivery of allocated elements of the Place savings/QEP program, by providing financial challenge as well as assisting in developing robust financial deliverables resulting from the QEPP program. The post holder will be a creative and innovative individual who will provide high level specialist knowledge and have the ability to act independently and autonomously within broad professional policies. They will be expected to make decisions independently and without reference to others where appropriate. The post holder will play a key role in promoting and maintaining effective financial management and financial governance through the design and review of appropriate financial systems and control. The management of Hospital Care will be the main focus of the post holder's portfolio which will also include a range of other budgets as agreed with the Joint Head of Finance (Strategy & Reporting). The postholder is expected to be adaptable and flexible in terms of supporting budget holders across Place depending on agreed Place priorities.
