Responsibilities:

• Manage and update the company loan book daily, reconciling payments in Xero and on the loan management software.
• Contact customers with late payment and liaise with them to plan and receive payments.
• Investigate and resolve any billing discrepancies or disputes
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment status
• Prepare and send out statements to customers
• Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable, balance sheet & P&L.
• Purchase and sales ledger processing
• Ensuring invoices match up with purchase orders
• Sending out invoices
• Answering supplier and customer billing and contract queries
• Credit control including reviews of credit management facilities, daily processing of bank statements and cash receipts to customer accounts
• Assisting with month end preparation
• Maintaining spreadsheets
• Implement the company debt collection process, inclusive but not exhaustive of default letters and pre litigation documents.

Skills:

• Proficiency in accounting software ideally Xero/Quickbooks
• Strong knowledge of accounts receivable and collections
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Excellent communication skills, who has the empathy to understand a customers position, but the drive to convert to a result for the business.
• Ideally AAT qualified

We are looking for an enthusiastic professional who can help the Community Independence Service (CIS) make Hammersmith & Fulham (H&F) a great place to grow old. Join us and be part of a committed and caring team as we deliver high quality patient care.
Your role as a Health Care Assistant (HCA) within the CIS Home First Team will involve providing a rapid response care service for people who need urgent help with primary acute physical health illness in their own homes, often immediately after a hospital admission. Please note that this role is not an inpatient ward based or mental health service, and the vast majority of our patients need support with functional activities.
As a HCA you will be expected to provide support to our patients in a wide range of community and patient home environments, working autonomously and collaboratively in supporting the integrated multidisciplinary team in the delivery of excellent patient care. You will be responsible for the holistic, comprehensive care of complex community patients, delivering clinical care delegated by a registered professional and contributing to the evaluation of person centred care plans.
The service is operational 7 days a week 8am to 8pm. Hours of work for HCA may vary between these hours.



Carry out day to day care of patients within their own home environment, such as personal care, medication prompting, toileting and meal preparation.

Carry out safe moving and handling of patients with the use of equipment prescribed by Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists, for example rollator frame, sara steady, re-turn and hoist.

Review and adjust basic equipment that has been prescribed and installed by Occupational Therapists or Physiotherapists, for example mobility aids or toilet frames.

To be able to take observations (for example blood pressure and temperature) after completing the appropriate competency, NEWS2 scoring and early identification and escalation of the deteriorating patient.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable Healthcare Assistant to join our caring and progressive team in Sheppey Community Hospital and Sittingbourne Memorial Hospital.

Our hospitals are nurse-led and focus on holistic rehabilitation and therapy for people who need extra help to get home, or who are nearing the end of their life.

It’s a relaxed atmosphere, but it’s never a breeze – you’ll need to think on your feet and be confident in making independent decisions on behalf of the patients in your care, under the direction of the nurse in charge.



Our community hospital Healthcare Assistants provide essential care in an in-patient setting. The work you do will be crucial to the running of our hospital and the recovery of our patients.

As a community hospital Healthcare Assistant, you'll:
• Work as part of a team to provide care to local patients and families
• monitor the quality of care they're receiving
• provide feedback to managers on the quality of care.

Your patients could be any age, but they'll often be elderly, while others may have been recently discharged from acute hospital, be terminally ill or have physical disabilities.

As a Healthcare Assistantyou will work as part of a team to keep people safe and well during their stay. You will carry out care plans designed to support people and make sure that people who use our services have a good experience.
