Brief Summary

The Regional Finance Director partners with the Commercial SVP to drive growth sustainably by driving efficiency in the investments being made to drive topline and bottom line as well. Key Activities

The Investments and M&A team is instrumental in originating, analysing, and executing M&A opportunities and strategic analysis. Overview of the role

You will be accountable for regional and local oversight and compliance to SAFE, GAAP/ legal requirements and internal controls across Global Skin Sector. The Vaccines Finance Director Greater China and Intercontinental ensures ambitious, aligned & effective Plans and Forecasts as well as supports performance management and optimization through regular analysis, business insights and right balance of risks and opportunities. This role enables and builds strong commercial business cases for the GC&I region including launches and BD support. The scope includes providing partnering, decision support, financial analysis, and performance management for Vaccines in the GC&I region. It requires highly effective partnering with a range of roles including Regional/Area Finance Heads, Vaccines Markets Leaders, Vaccines Financial Leaders, and Vaccines Financial Partners in the Local Operating Companies (LOCs). Key Responsibilities

1. Project Development

• Lead advisory of M&A, including leading valuation, financial and strategic analysis
• Lead Finance workstream for BU project teams to enhance project feasibility and optimize project returns
