Thank you for considering applying for this new and exciting post within the St Cuthbert’s Roman Catholic Academy Trust (based at St Mary's College, Cranbrook Avenue, Hull)The Trust Human Resources Advisor will be part of the St Cuthbert’s Central Business Team. The successful candidate will join us at an exciting time in the Trust’s journey and will be an integral member of the HR Team.
Are you an enthusiastic and engaging person with experience of working within Human Resources? You will need to be committed to the mission, vision and values of the Trust. As a member of the Central Business Support Team, the Trust HR Advisor must demonstrate loyalty, professionalism and high standards of integrity, confidentiality and discretion within the Trust and the wider community.
Are you tenacious, with a methodical approach for keeping compliant with a desire to help and support a large workforce? We need you to play a key role in ensuring our Trust delivers operational excellence in all matters relating to Human Resources, ensuring compliance with best practice and all current and future statutory and regulatory requirements including employment law.
