Job Summary:

• 5 days’ work week (8.30am – 5.30pm) early release on Friday (5pm)

Job Responsibilities:

• Sort, fold and post out, email and/or fax monthly Statement of Accounts to customers
• Send reminder letters for overdue accounts to customers
• Scan, edit and perform invoice submission and simple reconciliation
• Download and merge documents for submission
• Ensure all documents are correctly attached and filed
• Print and retrieve hard copies of billing documents from designated printers with correct pre-printed forms
• Support customers on billing document enquiries
• Data entry on customer master creation
• Support printing SOA and Aging to Sale Representatives
• Other duties as delegated from time to time by management

Job Requirement:

• Proficient in MS Excel (formulae and calculation)
• Comfortable to deal with paperwork
