We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Corporate Finance Origination, Structuring & Advisory Executive to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a broad range of corporate finance transactions, including origination, structuring, and advisory services for our diverse portfolio of clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the origination and structuring of corporate finance transactions, including mergers & acquisitions (M&A), capital raising, and restructuring.
- Provide strategic financial advisory services to clients across various industries, ensuring tailored solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis, including valuations, financial modeling, and due diligence, to support deal structuring and decision-making.
- Work closely with senior executives, clients, and external partners to manage and execute projects effectively.
- Prepare and present investment materials, pitch books, and financial presentations to clients and stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of market trends and industry developments to provide relevant, up-to-date advice to clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. An MBA or professional qualifications (e.g., CFA) is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or financial advisory, with a focus on origination, structuring, and advisory services.
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage clients and senior stakeholders effectively.
- A proactive, results-driven attitude with a keen interest in financial markets and corporate transactions.
