To meet our challenges, we are looking for a Finance Controlling Specialist within the Finance team! This position will be located in Mumbai

• ensuring compliance with financial reporting regulations and standards

The Global Finance organization is aimed at allocating resources in a way that maximizes Shareholder value
Its role is also to ensure the reliability and prompt availability of business data, financial reporting and financial analysis to support the decision-making process.
Your experience and talents will make the difference to:
- Responsible for variance analysis of Variable & Fixed costs
- Managing Bill of Materials, product costing
- Preparation of yearly budget, monthly forecasting etc.
- Assisting in preparing and improving all reporting within defined time limit – including MBR
- Management brochure, having understanding of key variance in direct & indirect costs
- Liaising with each Unit Finance teams for CMA activities during closing period (monthly and yearly
- Working Closely with units and Manufacturing Controller for costing of products, stock follow-up
- Assist in preparing company budget and forecast
- Working on various Management reporting tools
- Preparation of SKU wise profitability
- Drive and validate various cost saving projects
- Daily Sales analysis & its reporting
- Monthly KPI & MIS reporting as per calendar deadlines

- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience of working on ERP
And also …
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required (CA, ICWA preferred)
- 5 to 7 years’ experience in a financial management position
