In this System Engineer  role, you’ll be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automation solutions to streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency.  What you’ll do:

• Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using tools and technologies such as Okta, Azure Services, Veza and Britive

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for automation.

• Develop and maintain integrations between various systems and applications to facilitate seamless data flow and process automation.

• Configure and customize automation workflows to meet specific business needs and requirements.

• Monitor and troubleshoot automation processes to ensure smooth operation and timely resolution of issues.

• Implement best practices for automation development, including version control, documentation, and testing.

• Provide technical guidance and support to other team members on automation-related projects and initiatives.

 What we’re looking for: 

• Demonstrated experience with technologies such as Okta, Workday Integrations, Active Directory, Jamf, and InTune.

• Experience in system administration or IT operations is a plus.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent experience

• Strong understanding of automation principles and techniques, with hands-on experience in designing and implementing automation solutions.

• Proficiency in technologies such as Okta, Workday Integrations, Active Directory, Jamf, and InTune.

• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash for automation development.

• Experience with Okta Workflows, API development, and system integrations

• Familiarity with API integration and web services for system-to-system communication.

The Globalize group is supporting the company developing several tools and integration between the global systems (Service hub, Salesforce, Workday, etc.). You will be responsible for ensuring that the software created by the developers is fit for purpose and any bug is removed within the software before it gets deployed to everyday user. You will also be responsible for support the end-users through the Jira Service Desk platform, providing help, documentation and escalating the issues to the Development Team.

1. Test Planning and Design: Develop comprehensive test plans, strategies, and test cases to cover various scenarios and ensure thorough testing of our software.
2. Test Execution: Execute test cases manually and using automation tools to identify defects and verify their resolution.
3. Defect Tracking and Reporting: Track and report defects using a bug tracking system, providing detailed information and reproducing steps.
4. Automation: Develop and maintain automated test scripts using appropriate tools to improve efficiency and test coverage.
5. Performance Testing: Conduct performance testing to evaluate the scalability, responsiveness, and stability of our applications.
6. Regression Testing: Perform regression testing to ensure that new changes do not introduce unintended side effects.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to understand product requirements and provide feedback on product quality.
8. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies.

5. Strong knowledge of Atlassian tools (Jira Software, Jira ServiceDesk)

• Work in sprints – participate in design, development, unit testing and defect fixing of the product
