You will be responsible for exercising and applying broad profession.....
- You will be responsible for exercising and applying broad professional, technical, and managerial knowledge of the shipyard's infrastructure engineering requirements.
- You will exercise senior line authority through subordinate section senior engineers in organizing, directing and coordinating assignments.
- You will proactively identify negative safety trends and take necessary actions to correct improper work practices or hazards.
- You will assign work to subordinate personnel, plans, schedules and assigns priorities for such work.
- You will resolve technical, scientific, engineering and design problems beyond the capacity of the support personnel.
- You will utilize leadership techniques for continuous process improvement in the areas of business practices, work sequences and work assignments.
- You will be responsible for assuring that oversight for A and E design meets the Shipyard's objectives.
