• You will ensure (with HR support) that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed, guide, motivate, coach and develop direct and indirect subordinates, within HR polices, contribute to management review of the business unit's financial, performance, along with other business unit management team members., formulate financial plans and budget estimate for the unit/business area, oversee adherence to these plan and estimate.

• Minimum Bachelor of Engineering with a good experience in power industries and substation business.
