Role Overview:

Administrative Assistant is integral to the smooth operation of our office. Your role will involve a variety of administrative tasks, including but not limited to, document management, communication handling, and liaison with external parties. What You Will Do:

• Prepare, file, and organise various company documents and records, including HR, billing, expenses, internal equipment, and corporate files, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and that all information is current

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

· Attend to all sales enquiries, prepare quotations to meet customers’ needs

Position Overview:

The Building Management Officer is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of building systems and services. This role involves overseeing building security, facilities, equipment, cleanliness, and compliance with safety regulations. The Building Management Officer will work closely with various departments and external vendors to ensure the building is safe, functional, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Building Reception

2. Door Access Management

3. CCTV Management

4. Electrical Management
